CEO
Dan studied physics, taught himself Pascal, and has been writing code on and off ever since. He's built websites for The Guardian, the BBC and the London Olympics. In 2014, frustrated by the solitary experience of online learning, he started gathering fellow students at the British Library which eventually became Founders and Coders, a peer-led programme built on the principle that people learn best from each other.

Izaak has over a decade of experience as a software engineer and has spent three years directing AI programmes at Founders and Coders. He is leading the development of our curriculum and platform, and will run the majority of the workshops and sessions on the upcoming programme.

Anna leads on learner support, safeguarding, team development, and our personal development curriculum. With a background as a BACP accredited integrative therapist and coach and in programme management, she combines operational leadership with deep expertise in inclusive practice and human development.

Our operations lead joined in 2023 and has been instrumental in managing our apprenticeship schemes and company data.

Systems Engineer
Stathis is a Linux and robotics engineer with broad expertise in programming and cybersecurity. Stathis is graduate of our programme. Now, he runs the occassional workshop and teaches Izaak hardware related things.

Anni Rowland-Campbell co-founded the Intersticia Foundation and co-created Brave Conversations, a programme that empowers people to become responsible digital citizens. Her career has spanned the arts, government, and technology sectors from the Sydney and Royal Opera House, to government policy, to leading industry associations through digital transformation.

Joe Friel is CEO and Founder of Yalla Cooperative. Joe specialises in helping non-profits and social enterprises design and launch tech products; working with organisations including the NHS, Scouts and Shannon Trust.
